Suwar works as a doctor in a private hospital. He lives with his wife, Dr. Lina, who works with him in the same hospital. One night, their neighborhood is under armed attack, violent clashes and explosions are taking place. Lina and her kids are under danger.

After several articles spread on social media about the story of Fadi and his wife and their exposure to legal and social issues, Rita seemed affected, especially since her school friends found out about the matter.

Lina starts searching for the family whose name they got, while Suwar gets busy at the hospital and she devotes herself to searching for her son with the help of the police.

Lina and Suwar are nervous because the man who knows where they can find their son for has escaped. He might be their missing son and the police are after him.

Lina's condition improved greatly due to Suwar's treatment plan, and she began to eliminate her need for alternative medications.

After the police refused to help on one hand, and with Suwar and Lina's enthusiasm on the other, the two were forced to go on their own to search for the person in the photo.
