Naples is reduced to rubble as the war between Genny and the Levante brothers gets ugly; but he is about to make a discovery that is likely to tilt the balance.

In Riga, Genny and Ciro stand face to face again, but there is no time to talk; Ciro is in business with the Russians and now that Don Aniello is dead, he needs a new broker or all deals are off.

As Ruggieri continues to investigate Genny, the Levantes are increasingly unwelcome in Secondigliano. Genny seeks control over the neighbourhood - for this, he needs a load of cocaine.

The Levante and 'O Galantommo team up against Genny and the Secondigliano bosses who have switched to his side. But Genny has a countermove. Meanwhile, Ciro lets Genny know he's back.

Ciro, Enzo and the others are looking for new allies and Genny jumps at the chance to infiltrate the enemy's ranks with one of his own. Meanwhile, Nunzia tries to avenge her husband's death.

Ciro and the others hide away in Forcella, but must quickly find a safer place and a new ally. Genny has put a price on their heads - so time is running out.

After yet another setback, Genny is forced to ask some businessmen for a cash infusion to get back up on his feet. In the meantime, Ciro and Nunzia receive an unexpected visit.

To win over Ciro's competition, Genny has his lieutenants dump cocaine at half price. The move seems to work, but Ciro has something in store for Genny too.

Genny is ready to leave and pressures Ruggieri to find out where his son's at. Meanwhile, Ciro and Nunzia find new and unexpected allies willing to help them.

Genny has no choice: he has to do Ciro’s bidding. So they’re off, for one last trip. Locked in the cockpit together, the two of them will face their demons.

Brutal Neapolitan crime organisation the Camorra wage a bitter war against a rival. The death toll of the ensuing bloody battle is high.

Ciro must sideline his plans for revenge against Conte when there's a bust on the Savastano cocaine shipment. He also finds himself cleaning up behind the mischief his son Genny has been up to. Pietro’s priority is to take care of the supposed whistleblower.

Ciro's turn hasn’t come quite yet for Pietro manages to hold on to the reins from inside the prison, even sending Ciro and his men to eliminate the Nigerian crack-dealers in a brutal massacre. Elsewhere, Genny continues in his attempts to woo Noemi.

With Pietro gone, it is Imma who surprisingly starts to take care of business. Ciro is left with no choice but to take his orders from her now. When Pietro informs her that Genny and Ciro are to be his heirs, Imma doesn't hesitate to send them off on dangerous missions.

While Imma finally convinces Genny to go on a mission to the clan’s drug-trafficking sources in Honduras, Ciro has already left for Spain. His assignment is to find Conte and negotiate a truce between the clans.

Ciro realises Imma sent him away to pave her own road to power. Disapproving of the way she runs business, he sets up his own operation: a campaign of terror to deter intruders and demean Imma's role. But Imma has learned quite well how to play the power-game herself.

Ciro realises that his strategy must once again be to toe the line while Imma starts to restructure the Savastano business empire. When one of the Savastano clan's men ends up blown to smithereens, the situation unravels into a bloody feud between the Neapolitan clans.

A changed Genny embarks on a violent campaign to rid the city of its mayor and appoint his friend to office. Increasingly keeping Ciro at a distance, Genny might just have to be careful when he demands subordination and loyalty. There's something in the air!

Backed by the new mayor, Genny plans to lead the clan towards a bright and prosperous future... but events to come will shatter his grand dream. In the background, Ciro sets up one of Genny's young followers, Daniele, to kill Salvatore Conte's right-hand in Naples.

Major bloodshed, if not all-out war with Salvatore Conte, is imminent when Conte returns to Naples to get to the bottom of Giuliano's murder. Meanwhile, Ciro weaves his web further and further around Genny to distract from the rat he is beginning to smell.

All clans opposing or holding grudges against the Savastanos rally around Conte, forcing Genny to cut all ties to him. Not ending there, Genny now virtually faces a civil war on the inside of his own clan: a deadly battle between his own boys and the old lieutenants.

While Daniele's death may have caused bloodshed, Imma's death leads to open warfare in the streets… even Ciro has to flee to Rome with his wife and daughter. Genny, now knowing, hunts down Ciro seeking justice for his betrayal, but Ciro turns the tables once again.

With Ciro dead and Naples set for an all-out war, Genny turns to a new and powerful player for help. Patrizia doesn't run into difficulties yet, but her peace will soon be shattered.

Genny has reinvented himself as an entrepreneur. His plan is to use the proceeds of coca trafficking to create the biggest airport hub in southern Italy. However, when things get tough, he finds it impossible to keep his hands clean.

Gerlando Levante, Gennaro Savastano's uncle, manages to avoid a war with Sangue Blu; Genny is satisfied with the outcome and is pleased to be able to control Patrizia.

The airport project takes Genny and Resta to London, where an unexpected event forces Genny to resort to criminal ways and confront the demons of his past.

Patrizia is put to the ultimate test when the seizure of a huge shipment of cocaine threatens to throw the clans into war.

Nicola goes after the spy who shopped them as he tries to regain boss Patrizia's confidence. But lurking in the shadows is someone with a very different agenda.

The cocaine delay forces the Forcella boys to resort to desperate lengths to survive; Sangue Blu faces a leadership crisis.

A destructive chain of events sends Genny on a downward spiral into his past. While his business is plunged into the limelight, the entire airport project is at risk of going under.

The Capaccios strike out at Sangue Blu as they set out to conquer Forcella. Increasingly alone and running out of raw material, Enzo risks losing not only his turf but also the loyalty of his men.

Having realised the cause of all of her misfortunes, Patrizia is forced to face up to a life-changing decision: surrender to the patriarchy of the Levante clan and leave power to Mickey or start an open war with the family of the man she loves.

While Mickey is forced to make the ultimate choice between his family and the woman he loves, Genny, who had left Secondigliano to Patrizia in order to pacify Naples, starts to doubt his decision.

The time comes for everyone to make some big decisions, including deciding who will be left to rule Naples' smouldering ruins.

Gennaro has established a new drug trafficking network in Central America. His reunion with his father Don Pietro marks a turning point in their relationship.

Don Pietro is as tough as ever, but he has a soft spot for Patrizia. Ciro's attempts to join forces with Gennaro fail. With his father-in-law now in jail, ample opportunities open up for Gennaro.

No matter how many arms and men Ciro collects, there are no limits to Don Pietro's thirst for revenge. Ciro is about to give in when Gennaro asks him for a preposterous favour.

Gennaro Savastano heads to Naples to warn Ciro ahead of time that there will be retribution for Don Pietro's murder. The Savastano paranza takes to the field in full force, giving rise to a veritable manhunt.

A year has passed. Genny has remained in Rome with his family and made a success of Don Avitabile's business while he is prison. Patrizia warns him that his father-in-law is about to return home and will look to punish those who set him up.

Ciro has rebuilt his life in Bulgaria and is the trusted right-hand man of a drug dealer called Valentin. The latter's son does not take kindly to the relationship he has established with his father and hatches a plan that will force Ciro to come to terms with his past.

Scianel is released from prison and Genny knows he must confront her to seek an agreement. Don Avitabile, who has discovered it was his son-in-law who set him up, prepares for the counter-attack by appealing to those closest to him.

Under Ciro's wing, Enzo and his companions make waves with a big score; Genny looks to get back on his feet with a new supplier. But Secondigliano is now besieged by the police, and a new dealing zone must be found…

Genny is back in a strong position thanks to the success of his new drug ventures. Ciro and Genny meet with Branka, a Milanese business partner, to buy new drugs.

Enzo launches new operations in Naples with Ciro's help. However, the traffic does not go unnoticed by the city's existing bosses.

Enzo and his crew are under attack, but Ciro advises caution before retaliating. Genny approaches Scianel to help finance his own war, but to get what he wants he must promise something in return.

Ciro talks to O'Stregone about a ceasefire, but it doesn't come without a quid pro quo. Enzo and his men are finally free to celebrate their success. The joy, however, is short-lived.

In an unwinnable position, Genny sends Patrizia to agree terms of surrender to the Confederati, while he and Ciro go to Enzo, hoping he will listen to reason.

With Azzurra and Pietrino in the crosshairs of the Confederati, Genny risks losing everything with a plan that could easily misfire.

Ciro, Genny and Enzo make peace with the Confederati, obtaining for themselves part of the territories in the centre of Naples. But peace achieved with blood carries only more blood.
